Pair of 18th Century George III Mahogany and Satinwood Inlaid Card Tables

A stunning pair of 18th century Georgian mahogany and satinwood inlaid demilunes. Beautifully figured mahogany lipped console tops with cross-banded edges are supported by a frieze of satinwood panels and stringing of boxwood and ebony. The tops of the square tapering legs are inlaid with oval patera terminating in simple collared feet. England c. 1780.

Condition: Good. consistent with age and use. Good overall restored condition, some swelling of table tops with stabilized lifted veneer as shown. Various minor repair to stringing and veneer throughout.
